An army without a leader

This is a sad day for me. As a young person and avid golfer, I was a certified member of Arnie’s Army. Today, we lost our leader, Arnold Palmer. He wasn’t just a great golfer, he was an ambassador, a role model, a class act, and one of the heroes of my youth.

Today, he’s gone. Goodbye, Arnie. Your army salutes you one last time.
